Nosagie Holdings is an indigenous registered company, having its headquarters office located in Benin City, Edo State. It provides EPIC and Project Management Services for the Offshore/Onshore Oil & Gas, Refining and Petrochemicals Industries.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Location: Benin City, Edo

Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Analyzes the market and recommends opportunities for pursuit.
  • Forecasts short and long range market potentials.
  • Develops strategies, examines risks and potentials, estimates needs and goals.
  • Develops proposals, solutions, white papers and business plans.
  • Introduces the group to potential customers & business partners.
  • Defines and follows up on yearly targets and objectives.
  • Manages reporting and analysis of the business development pipeline.
  • Develops and maintains working relationships with similar and/or complementary companies to include teaming and partnership discussions.
  • Comply with all corporate policies and procedures, including quality assurance and security procedures in the performance of duties.
  • Strengthens the relationship between the companys existing business partners and establish good relationship with prospective business partners.
  • Develops and implements business development and marketing strategy in the company, by selecting, segmenting and targeting markets, and promoting the companys business to those markets.
  • Identifies and analyzes the companys strengths and weaknesses, and respond to opportunities and threats in the business environment.
  • Attends Exhibitions & Seminars regionally and internationally.

Requirements

  • Graduate of a Bachelors Degree in Finance
  • Holds a Master's Degree or MBA
  • 10-15 years experience (experience in a holding group is desirable) with at least 5 years experience in a similar post.
  • Excellent communication (English), negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent track record.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication & reporting skills.
  • Strong client management & negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated and result oriented.
  • Ability to build & maintain business relationships and develop trust with high level executives.
